Chris Deh est ingénieur diplômé des Arts et Métiers ParisTech, spécialisé en génie mécanique et industriel, et certifié en stratégie (HEC Paris) ainsi qu’en management de projets (PMI Institute). Son parcours illustre une double expertise technique et stratégique, mise au service de projets complexes et de transformations à fort impact.
Après une première expérience en ingénierie de maintenance dans le secteur gazier, il s’oriente vers le conseil en stratégie et management auprès de grands groupes français tels qu’EDF, SNCF ou RTE, où il contribue à des programmes de transformation industrielle et organisationnelle. Il intervient également auprès du Ministère des Armées en France, sur des projets de logistique et d’optimisation des processus, intégrant des démarches de lean management.
Fort de cette expérience, Chris rejoint des cabinets de conseil internationaux (Sopra Steria Next, Onepoint) où il accompagne la mise en œuvre de stratégies digitales et opérationnelles, notamment dans le secteur de l’énergie et des infrastructures. Depuis 2022, il pilote des projets d’envergure en Afrique, notamment en Côte d’Ivoire et au Cameroun, dans le cadre de politiques publiques : enrôlement biométrique et production de cartes d’assurés pour la Couverture Maladie Universelle, harmonisation et sécurisation des prestations consulaires.
Son profil se distingue par une capacité à articuler vision stratégique et rigueur opérationnelle, à fédérer des acteurs autour de projets structurants, et à inscrire ses interventions dans une logique de durabilité et d’impact social. Passionné par les enjeux de développement, de gouvernance et d’innovation, il met son expertise au service de la transformation des organisations et de l’amélioration des politiques publiques en Afrique comme en Europe.
