Patrick Hebbelynck est un Executive Manager et consultant senior reconnu pour son expertise en Risk & Security Management, en développement international et en gouvernance stratégique. Ingénieur diplômé de l’École Polytechnique de Bruxelles, il a bâti plus de trente ans de carrière au service de la structuration d’organisations, du pilotage de filiales internationales et de l’accompagnement de dirigeants.
Ancien Directeur International du CNPP, il a conduit l’expansion du groupe en Europe, en Afrique, au Moyen-Orient et en Asie, créant et consolidant plusieurs filiales tout en positionnant durablement les activités hors de France. Tout au long de son parcours, il est intervenu sur des projets et sites à forte criticité et visibilité internationale; Ariane 4 et 5, le Louvre Abu Dhabi, centrales électriques, missions multisectorielles en zones sensibles et a conçu des dispositifs de formation et de certification multi-pays intégrant enjeux réglementaires, culturels et managériaux.
Depuis 2021, il exerce comme entrepreneur, executive & business coach. Il accompagne dirigeants, cadres supérieurs et entrepreneurs sur leurs enjeux de leadership, de gouvernance, de développement international et de création d’entreprise, avec une approche pragmatique, interculturelle et orientée résultats, enrichie par des certifications en coaching, DISC et intelligence émotionnelle.
Patrick Hebbelynck parle couramment le français, le néerlandais, l’anglais et l’allemand. Il est reconnu pour sa capacité à évoluer à l’interface entre stratégie, opérationnel, management des risques et développement humain.
