Basé entre l’Europe, Singapour et l’Afrique, Lanto Rafilibera a dirigé des équipes multiculturelles, ouvert de nouveaux marchés, sécurisé des projets stratégiques et représenté des groupes internationaux auprès de ministères, agences publiques et organisations régionales. Lanto Rafilibera est diplômé de l’Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III où il a obtenu un DESS en Miage (Méthodes informatiques appliquées à la gestion).
