Jean-Philippe Akpoue is an innovation and sustainability strategist, working at the intersection of technological, environmental, and socioeconomic issues. With over ten years of experience in France, Africa, and internationally, he supports companies, governments, and international organizations in their responsible digital transformation projects.
At APL, he leads large-scale projects combining artificial intelligence, digital twins, and predictive maintenance for data centers, with a measurable impact on energy efficiency and environmental compliance. He has supervised more than 50 projects, contributing to the decarbonization of digital infrastructures and the development of sustainable ICT policies.
A committed entrepreneur, he co-founded Tootree, a digital platform that has supported more than 100,000 children in their education during the pandemic, demonstrating the power of digital innovation for development.
