Frédéric Lefret is an executive, entrepreneur and recognised expert in the strategic use of artificial intelligence, process automation and digital transformation. His career unfolds at the intersection of technological innovation, strategy, education and influence, with a strong focus on operational impact and value creation.

Since 2019, he has been the Founder and CEO of Immersive Talent Agency (ITA), where he advises public and private organisations on the design and deployment of AI roadmaps, executive and workforce AI literacy, and the development of AI personas and high-impact automation solutions. Acting as an AI AMO, strategic sparring partner and keynote speaker, he has contributed to the delivery of more than 100 innovation projects in France and internationally.

His expertise is grounded in a deep understanding of the human, organisational and cultural dimensions of digital transformation. He advocates a vision of artificial intelligence as a lever for skills augmentation, strategic sovereignty and the reinvention of work, in service of professions, performance and informed decision-making.
