MERAH ILHAME

A seasoned professional in real estate financing, she has built a strong and consistent career over nearly two decades, at the crossroads of real estate, credit, and commercial development. She began as a real estate negotiator before joining Groupama and later Crédit Immobilier de France, strengthening her skills in financial advisory, client relations, and portfolio development. She then joined Crédit Foncier as a Client Director, expanding her expertise in real estate financing and project management.

In 2016, she moved to BNP Paribas, where she quickly advanced into management and commercial leadership roles. Starting as a Real Estate Referral Officer in Seine-Saint-Denis, she later became Head of Real Estate Referral for the region, then Manager of Real Estate Brokerage Partnerships for the 93 and 95 departments. In these positions, she oversaw broker partnerships, led B2B networks, and implemented high-impact commercial strategies.

In 2021, she was appointed Head of Commercial Animation at La Centrale de Financement, where she managed commercial performance, led teams, and supported the growth of the national network.

Since 2023, she has served as a Lending Subject-Matter Expert within the Groupe Caisse des Dépôts. In this role, she leverages her deep expertise in real estate financing—particularly construction loans—to support major public-interest projects across French territories. Her career reflects recognized expertise, strong leadership, and a consistent ability to develop and unite professional networks.
