Pierre-Alexandre ASSOU

Pierre-Alexandre Assou is an entrepreneur and investor dedicated to advancing sustainable mobility in Francophone Africa. A graduate of emlyon business school, he began his career in finance within major international institutions before moving into private equity.

In 2017, he joined Adenia Partners, where he spent several years supporting the growth of African companies across various industries. His work involved strategic development, governance, operational oversight, and value creation within portfolio companies.

In 2025, he co-founded Flot., an initiative focused on sustainable mobility in Côte d’Ivoire. The company provides ride-hailing drivers with an innovative model enabling them to become owners of electric vehicles, contributing to increased income, reduced operational costs, and lower environmental impact.

A pragmatic and impact-driven leader, Pierre-Alexandre promotes an approach to development that combines economic performance, technological innovation, and social inclusion.
