Roger Kubi

Roger Kubi is an entrepreneur and international executive specialising in barter trading mechanisms, commodities trading, strategic analysis and mergers and acquisitions. Since September 2020, he has served as Executive Chairman of Africa Bartercard Exchange (ABX), which he has been developing as a pan-African, cashless trading platform at the intersection of alternative finance, digital technology and long-standing commercial practices.

At the helm of ABX, he oversees the structuring of the network, the identification of market opportunities and the development of strategic partnerships, contributing to the optimisation of business-to-business exchanges and the enhancement of economic liquidity. His approach reflects a holistic vision aimed at strengthening trade integration and cross-border commercial flows, particularly within African and international markets.

In parallel, Roger Kubi has served for more than two decades as Chief Executive Officer of Trak Mastas, an entertainment consultancy and production company. In this capacity, he has led creative and cultural projects, providing strategic direction, production oversight and brand positioning for artists, events and creative enterprises operating on international stages.

He also acts as Creative Director at Knockout Concepts / Diplomatic Call, where he delivers expertise in marketing, public relations and strategic communication, integrating dimensions of cultural diplomacy and international image building. His professional experience further includes managerial roles in West Africa, notably in Accra, reinforcing his deep understanding of multicultural environments and regional business dynamics.

Educated in International Business and Trade at TAFE NSW (Australia), with a focus on commodities and barter trading, he has developed a cross-sectoral profile enabling him to operate at the convergence of economics, creative industries, diplomacy and entrepreneurship.

His career is distinguished by an ability to design innovative economic models, connect diverse ecosystems and lead high-value strategic initiatives, combining international vision, cultural intelligence and a pragmatic approach to business development.
