Russell NZUKO

Russell N. is a chartered accountant and independent consultant specialising in audit, financial reporting, fund valuation and real estate investment structures. His professional experience spans leading international firms and financial institutions, where he has developed strong expertise in private equity, real estate funds, consolidation and international accounting standards.

He holds a Master Grande École in Audit and Advisory from Burgundy School of Business (BSB) and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit from the Catholic University Saint Jérôme of Douala. He is also a DSCG graduate, reflecting a high level of technical expertise in accounting, auditing and corporate finance.

Russell began his career in accounting firms where he built a solid foundation in financial reporting, tax compliance and statutory accounting for a wide range of companies and investment structures. At In Extenso, within the international division, he managed accounting and reporting for subsidiaries of foreign groups, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports as well as statutory financial statements.

He later joined Mazars, where he spent more than four years as an Audit and Accounting Consultant, focusing on real estate investment funds and asset management structures. In this role, he worked with major market players such as PIMCO, KEYS REIM, Primonial, Sogenial, Arkéa and SCOR Investment Management, contributing to financial reporting under French GAAP, IFRS and MVBS standards, the preparation of financial statements, tax reporting and statutory audit assignments.

During this period, he also developed strong expertise in fund valuation, net asset value (NAV) control and investor reporting, particularly in complex real estate and investment fund environments.

In 2025, he joined BNP Paribas Securities Services as a Private Equity, Debt and Real Estate Fund Valuation Specialist, where he was responsible for accounting oversight of investment funds, the preparation of annual financial reports and coordination with statutory auditors.

Since 2026, Russell has been working as an independent chartered accountant and consultant, advising companies, investment firms and asset managers on financial structuring, audit, accounting frameworks and fund reporting.

His profile is distinguished by a strong command of international accounting standards, financial analysis and complex investment structures, combined with the ability to operate effectively in demanding financial environments.
