Trained at the crossroads of social sciences and public policy, his professional trajectory is shaped by a strong commitment to evidence-based decision-making and strategic development planning. A graduate of the University of Lomé, he holds a Master’s degree in Development Planning, a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (Sociology) and a Higher National Diploma in Executive Secretariat, forming a multidisciplinary foundation that underpins his analytical and operational approach.

From the early stages of his career, he has focused on the interface between social research and applied policy analysis, with particular expertise in the evaluation of projects, programmes and public policies. He has strengthened this core competency through professional certifications in Excel Expert, Power BI and data collection and analysis tools, enabling him to convert complex datasets into actionable insights and to support informed decision-making grounded in rigorous surveys and empirical studies.

Since June 2022, he has served within Togo’s Ministry of Road, Air and Rail Transport as a Planning and Monitoring & Evaluation Officer at the Directorate of Planning. In this capacity, he contributes to the planning, monitoring and evaluation of public investment projects across the road, air and rail transport subsectors, supporting the strategic alignment of sectoral initiatives with national development priorities.

In parallel, he is entrusted with the collection, analysis and publication of the quarterly statistical bulletin on transport activities in Togo, a strategic instrument for public authorities. This role involves structuring sectoral data, producing statistical analyses and ensuring the dissemination of reliable indicators essential for policy steering, performance monitoring and institutional reporting.

His expertise has been further reinforced through specialised training in project planning and monitoring and evaluation within the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, consolidating his command of logical frameworks, performance measurement systems and evaluation methodologies.

His professional path reflects a sustained dedication to analytical rigour, data-driven public action and the translation of evidence into policy, operating at the intersection of social sciences, public statistics, sectoral planning and policy evaluation in support of sustainable development.
