Williams BELLA is a recognized leader in Africa’s real estate ecosystem. He is the Founder and CEO of Property Kro, a private multidisciplinary firm based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, specializing in real estate development, strategic advisory, and structured financing.
With over two decades of international experience, Williams began his career in auditing at Salustro Reydel (now KPMG), then transitioned into infrastructure finance with Société Générale Investment Banking and Belgolaise (Africa Merchant Bank).
He later deepened his expertise in institutional real estate finance at Eurohypo AG (Commerzbank Group) and KBC Bank, before advising Belgian urban developer Wilhelm & Co in Côte d’Ivoire.
In 2017, he founded Property Kro to deliver high-impact real estate solutions across West Africa. He is also Chairman of Alleb Group, Board Member of iCapital Ventures, and Co-founder of Immoci Research, a real estate intelligence institute focused on urban and territorial data across Africa. He is the creator of Babimodays, a real estate and urban development forum designed to foster dialogue, innovation, and investment in Côte d’Ivoire’s property sector.
Williams holds a Master’s in Corporate Finance from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a Master’s in Real Estate Management from Université Paris Dauphine – PSL. He is a Certified Real Estate Expert in Côte d’Ivoire and is currently pursuing a Global Executive MBA at CEIBS (China Europe International Business School), with a focus on finance, artificial intelligence, and strategic development.
