Yapo Marc Venance AMAN

Since April 2025, Aman has coordinated daily marine base activities at the Vridi base in Abidjan for ENI Côte d’Ivoire, supporting the offshore fleet (AHTS, PSV, FSIV, crew boats). He coordinates vessel movements, cargo loading and discharge operations, and bunkering, including fuel soundings and contractor follow-up. He represents the company offshore during crude oil lifting operations, working with Mooring Masters, Loading Masters and pilots. He prepares and tracks Port State Control inspections, vessel audits and pre-hire inspections, supporting compliance with ISM, ISPS, MARPOL and SOLAS requirements.

From January 2018 to July 2023, he planned daily vessel movements through the Port of Abidjan as Vessel Operations Planner at the Abidjan Port Harbor Master’s Office, organizing daily Port Conferences and allocating berths according to vessel size, draft and cargo type. He monitored port performance indicators and coordinated the naval and vehicle fleet supporting pilot embarkation. In 2018, he served as Junior Deck Officer aboard the Siem Sasha (CIAM), a 2,465 GT platform supply ship, supporting bridge watchkeeping and monitoring ECDIS, GPS, RADAR and AIS. From January 2016 to July 2017, he worked as Deck Assistant / Deck Officer for China Harbor Engineering Company on the Abidjan Port Extension Project, supporting mooring, unmooring and anchoring operations and the positioning of floating structures such as caissons and buoys.

He holds a Marine Master Class One degree from the Regional Academy of Maritime Sciences and Technologies (ARSTM) in Abidjan (2024-2025), a degree as Production & Maintenance Operator in Petroleum Engineering from ENI Corporate University / INP-HB-ESCPE in Yamoussoukro (2023-2024), a Graduate Diploma in Oil & Gas Engineering from GOOGPro in Ghana (2023) and a Bachelor in Nautical Sciences from ARSTM (2011-2014). He speaks French and English.
