Dr. Moustapha Fofana est économiste du développement et spécialiste en économie industrielle, fort de plus de 15 ans d’expérience en Côte d’Ivoire et à l’international. Enseignant-chercheur à l’Université Félix Houphouët-Boigny, il conjugue une solide expertise académique avec une pratique reconnue en prospective, intelligence économique et stratégie industrielle.
Son parcours l’a conduit à collaborer avec des institutions majeures telles que l’ONUDI, la Banque africaine de développement (BAD), l’UNESCO, ainsi que le Conseil économique, social, environnemental et culturel de Côte d’Ivoire, où il a exercé en tant que Sous-Directeur de l’Intelligence économique, de la Veille et de la Prospective. Ses travaux portent notamment sur la Zone de Libre-échange Continentale Africaine (ZLECAf), la gouvernance économique et les politiques industrielles.
Auteur de plusieurs publications scientifiques, il s’est distingué par des recherches sur la corruption, les migrations, la stabilité sociale et les dynamiques industrielles africaines, contribuant à éclairer les décideurs sur les enjeux économiques et sociaux du continent. Membre actif de réseaux professionnels tels que le Réseau ivoirien des praticiens de la prospective et la FAERE (Association française des économistes de l’environnement et des ressources), il incarne une nouvelle génération d’experts engagés pour le développement durable et l’intégration économique africaine.
