Consultation terms

A remote exchange, or an on-site assignment on quote, with a professional whose record Certifive has verified, at the duration and price shown on their profile. The professional gives an opinion based on what you present. It is not an adversarial expert report nor a project management engagement, unless separately agreed in writing.

The price is confirmed in writing before any payment. It includes the professional’s fee and Certifive’s service fee. Payment is made before the consultation, by Wave, Orange Money or bank transfer, following the instructions sent with your request reference.

Free up to 24 hours before the slot. After that, the consultation is due. If the professional does not show up, you are fully refunded or rescheduled, at your choice.

The consultation is recorded only with the explicit agreement of both parties, asked at the start. The recording serves to produce a summary and is never published.

The professional is accountable for the sincerity and seriousness of their opinion. Decisions you take afterwards are yours. Certifive verifies the professional’s record and organises the consultation; it is not a party to the opinion given.

Your request, exchanges and documents are used only to organise the consultation. They are not passed to third parties other than the chosen professional, and are deleted on request at contact@certifive.co.
