Certifive is a service proposed by DIGITUM LLC, an Arizona limited liability company with entity ID 23721569, effective from 08/30/2024. By accessing or using Certifive's website (certifive.co) and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Certifive provides a platform to discover and verify experts and changemakers, with multilingual support (English and French), profile verification, impact measurement, and PDF generation features.
3. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities under your account.
3.3 Account Termination
We may disable any user account if we believe you have violated these Terms.

“Certifive” and related marks are trademarks of Certifive or its affiliates/licensors.
6. Impact Measurement and Reporting
We collect and process impact data to generate metrics and reports. While we strive for accuracy, metrics may contain errors.
7. PDF Generation
You may generate PDF versions of your profile for personal and professional use. Do not monetize or redistribute without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Certifive and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Certifive and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes are subject to the courts of Paris, France.
11. Multilanguage Support
Content is provided in multiple languages. In case of discrepancy, the English version governs.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
